| During the open lunch X-block, students have many opportunities. They
may go to the library or to guidance. They may work in a writing lab or a computer
lab. They can make up work or get extra help in LAC. They may make up a science
lab or do an activity in the gym. Perhaps they might go to the music rooms to
sing, or play or listen to music. They may go outside into the courtyard. Eventually
they will be able to sign up for specific teacher-sponsored activities, such
as an art project or a cooking class, or maybe walk the track or play chess.
Clubs may also use this time to meet, and students may make appointments with
available teachers for extra help. |
